HOW TO FIRE UP YOUR COLD DOWNLINES



Hello there,

In my very pragmatic approach to writing expositions, today we shall be dwelling on stratagem to employ in activating your network via your downlines. If you're into the business of MLM, you'll agree with me that one of the most frustrating stymies to rapid network expansion is tepidity of your downlines, especially your
direct ones. As we know, it is highly imperative for a networker to have visionary downlines, its necessity cannot be overemphasized as this is that factor which either makes you a generous proponent of the industry or a successful networker. There are a few artifices I know and have employed over some months which have proven plausible in jumpstarting downlines.
  • Keep it simple: Never present their role as intricately cumbersome or excessively onerous, but instead as that tiny yet vital role they have to play in their quest for financial liberation, especially for a part-time networker. People tend to evade tasks which reflect seemingly vague promises but exhibit laboriousness. For an MLM company like mine where you can only have a maximum of two direct downlines, activating my downlines for team work is interestingly easy.
  • Constantly convey the vision: The most earnest mundane desire of man is 'Financial freedom', the everyday person will assiduously chase a dream he so believes will conduce or culminate immensely in financial freedom. Hence be diligent to portray your downlines' role in recruiting downlines as the glorious road to financial freedom.
  • Share success: I've found that challenge as a form of motivation works like magic owing to man’s competitive nature. Be sure to always update your team with news of team progress.
  • Occasionally lend a helping hand: To make the most of your downlines, I’d suggest that you not only teach them to emulate, but simulate a hopeful business environment for them by occasionally reaching out to their leads, making some sign-ups under them, helping with resources to push the business, and etcetera. One quaint approach to gaining influence over people is meriting indebtedness through seductive liberality.
  • Connect with them: Form a close bond with your downlines, take them from being downlines into becoming team members. Friendship provides a higher platform for motivation and influence with friendship than any other form of relationship. Acquaint with their personal problems too and go the extra mile to proffer solutions. Also, employ basic social e-platforms like whatsapp and facebook groups, they help a lot in keeping close touch. Seems laborious right? But it’s a worthy investment.
  •  Keep occasional social trysts: Take advantage of leisure times to further your business by building a close relationship with your team members. Occasionally hang out as a group with your spouses, use the opportunity to rub minds and tackle one another’s challenges, convey new ideas, etc. If you can, gradually grow from being a business group to a social club, and use that to vantage network expansion.
